From our state of the art manufacturing facilities via our fleet of delivery vehicles we can fulfil any size order anywhere in the UK.

Glazed units are manufactured at our dedicated 40,000 sq ft UK facility in Scarborough. We have invested heavily in new plant and machinery, including new delivery vehicles, a new heat soak oven and commercial furnace. This enables us to control quality through rigorous testing, provide bespoke solutions to glazing issues and promise timely delivery through twice weekly distribution to major conurbations.

Products include both insulated vision and non-vision units with the option of structural bonding.

These can be manufactured from almost any glass available in the UK, from solar control to acoustic laminate to cope with the most extreme environmental conditions.

Thermal efficiency, noise insulation and reliable long-lasting seals are achieved using a combination of soft-coat solar control glass on the outside, EdgeTech’s Spacer® TriSeal™ system and low emissivity glass on the inside.
